pause/still

this is one of the many places that make portland so unique. it's such a small town of a city. there are clubs where friends get together on weekends to work on projects at each others' houses...i should get in on that. people here seem more excited about sharing and helping with what they know and are interested in. i like that.

thanks van for helping me finally finish painting the tippy top of the office and overcome my psudo-fear of heights. i think i was just scared of falling but once i realized i wasn't going to fall it was all about getting it done. it feels good to finish that project after a winter hiatus. and now my office has not one speck of ugly yellow left. next = the bedroom. i mean finishing those other projects first...
